Born, raised and trained in France, Yves (Pronounced Eve) Fournier has
spent the last twenty years perfecting his skills in Pastry Arts. Chef
Yves has worked at several of the world's most prominent hotels including
Le Meridien, The Ritz Carlton, The Fairmont Hotel, and the Hyatt Regency.
His positions included Pastry Chef and Executive Pastry Chef. Currently
Chef Yves teaches and is the Executive Pastry Chef at the
San
Diego Culinary Institute.
In addition to his early training in pastry, Yves also has extensive training in candy making having
traveled to Belgium, numerous locations in France, and the United States. His creations are astonishing
and he has a gift for creating mouth watering desserts!
